Houk told Bedding News Now that everything he does is centered around one mission when it comes to small business — helping small businesses survive.
“Big business is the antithesis of the American dream now,” he says. “Let’s just get back to serving our community, and that’s what small business does best. We serve the people who are our neighbors.”
Episode 1 features industry veteran Bob Muenkel — a mattress industry training guru, an expert educator and CEO of Uncle Muenkel LLC, focused on helping manufacturers and retailers grow their sales by using selling principles without unwanted sales pressure.
