MLily USA has named four executives to key sales and operations leadership roles as the bedding manufacturer focuses on organizational alignment and elevating customer service to support strategic growth.
In the newly created role of chief operating officer, Kyle Robertson brings a wealth of international business experience to oversee teams across product development, merchandising, supply chain, legal, information technology, human resources and customer service. He is responsible for ensuring organizational alignment to enhance the company’s position and future growth trajectory.
Robertson was previously executive vice president of Star Seeds Co. and spearheaded the launch of a U.S.-based bedding brand for the Taiwanese manufacturer. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at Malouf Cos. in product development and sourcing.
National sales director Derek Leishman joined MLily with a proven record of leading and growing sales teams, territories and accounts. He has been recognized by leaders and peers of companies he’s served as a dedicated leader focused on building a foundation for long-term growth and opportunities for his sales teams and customers. Prior to MLily, he held sales management roles at Malouf and Oracle.
A 20-year industry veteran, Don Gruber is director of sales for the Southwest region. His comprehensive sales career includes serving retailers of all sizes across the country for brands such as Tempur-Sealy, Serta Simmons and Diamond Mattress. He’s built successful relationships with national and key accounts with top retailers such as BedSmart, Sit ‘N Sleep, C.S. Wo and Sons, Walker Furniture, Sleep Train and buying groups.
Danny Peterson is sales manager for the Midwest territory. He was previously with Malouf handling area sales in the same territory. He has more than 15 years of experience in retail, sales and customer service roles.
