WomenCertified, Restonic partner for an exclusive ‘selling to women’ webinar before Black Friday

In collaboration with WomenCertified (Women’s Choice), Restonic will hold a webinar in mid-November titled “Selling to Women” that will be presented exclusively to Restonic retailers via a 30-minute Zoom session.

The upcoming webinar will build on the 2022 WomenCertified and Restonic comprehensive sleep research project. The study surveyed millennial, Gen X and boomer women on their sleep habits and mattress-buying experiences throughout the pandemic. The goal of the survey was to equip Restonic retailers with the tools needed to understand and deliver on the evolving sleep challenges and mattress buying preferences of their female customers.

During the webinar, Delia Passi, CEO and founder of WomenCertified, will share valuable insights on how to effectively connect with female shoppers during this crucial selling holiday.

Passi commended Restonic’s commitment to bridging the gap between healthy lifestyle choices and a supportive mattress, saying “Restonic was the first mattress brand to earn the Women’s Choice Award, and their dedication is truly commendable. We are proud to have them as partners in our mission to empower women in the marketplace, and we eagerly anticipate helping the retail community achieve success during their Black Friday events.”

Passi is a respected author, founder and consultant who frequently collaborates with Fortune 500 companies, including Microsoft, Wells Fargo, Harley-Davidson and General Motors. Her expertise revolves around understanding the expectations of female consumers, identifying their motivations and enhancing customer service to foster long-term loyalty.

Her engaging speaking approach combines humor, practicality and “Aha!” moments to guide sales professionals to deliver exceptional experiences to their female customers.

Julia Rosien, vice president of brand and digital marketing for Restonic, weighed in on the evolving consumer journey. “In recent years, the rapidly changing digital landscape has transformed how customers connect with and interact with brands and retailers throughout their purchasing journey. Delia’s insights into how women shop for mattresses will provide us with a better understanding of customer expectations, ultimately leading to a smoother buying experience and sustainable growth for our retailers.”
