Job Title: Product Development Coordinator

Description: This is a hands-on, multipurpose role for someone who loves both the creative and the practical side of building a brand. You’ll own marketing and drive local store traffic, and you’ll help develop new products — fabrics, covers, and designs — for our Texas accounts. You’ll also help set up and manage our showroom at the High Point furniture market a few times a year. No mattress experience needed — if you have a great eye, strong marketing skills, and you’re a self-starter, we’ll teach you the rest.
Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of experience in marketing, brand, creative, or a related field.
- Real digital marketing skills — social, web, email, and an understanding of how to drive local foot traffic.
- Design ability in Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop or Canva, and comfort using AI tools.
- A great eye for design, materials, color, and trend (a fashion, apparel, textile, or design background is a big plus).
