Description: The Category Sourcing Manager will play a key role in developing and executing global sourcing strategies that support Tempur Sealy’s business goals, product innovation, cost objectives, and supply continuity. This role will partner closely with Operations, Product Development, Marketing, Supplier Quality, Finance, and regional purchasing teams to manage assigned categories from strategy through execution.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, supplier relationship management experience, and the ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of experience in sourcing, procurement, engineering, operations, supply chain, or a related field.
- Strong analytical, math, business, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced and continuously changing environment.
