Job Title: Territory Manager

Description: The Territory Manager is responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, driving brand awareness and sales, and ensuring Bedgear’s presence within the assigned territory. This role includes hunting new business opportunities, conducting educational and inspirational training and presentations, supporting retail partners’ business objectives, and providing market insights to enhance sales performance and merchandising effectiveness. Additionally, the Territory Manager serves as a brand champion at retail partner locations, fostering engagement at all levels within the organization.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales management, territory management, or retail account development is preferred.
- Experience in bedding, home furnishings, or mattress categories is strongly preferred
