Description: Custom Comfort Mattress is seeking a Marketing Manager to take ownership of key marketing responsibilities and initiatives. This role reports directly to the Director of Marketing and plays a critical role in driving phone calls, optimizing website performance, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring a strong customer experience across all touchpoints. This role is focused exclusively on direct-to-consumer marketing, supporting online and phone-based sales channels (no retail locations).
This individual will serve as the connective link between strategy, execution, vendors, data, and customer experience—balancing creativity, analytics, and technical execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
- 3–6 years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or a related role
- Experience managing or working with external vendors/agencies
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing channels
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions
