Description: The Senior Operations Manager build and lead a high-performing team of Operations Managers and Supervisors, fostering a strong culture of safety, employee engagement, and collaboration. They will oversee daily fulfillment center operations, monitoring end-to-end metrics to exceed business plans for safety, quality, throughput, and customer experience.
In this role, you will drive quality, process change, and Lean initiatives to streamline operations and deliver year-over-year performance improvements. You will also ollaborate with network management, transportation, S&OP, engineering, and inventory planning to coordinate complex, large-scale projects.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 5+ years in e-commerce, supply chain, operations, or logistics leadership.
- Process Expertise: Proven background in workflow optimization, throughput analysis, and defect reduction (Lean or Six Sigma experience is highly valued).
- People Leadership: Track record as a people-centric leader who can motivate teams, delegate effectively, and drive results in a rapid-growth environment.
- Analytical Skill: Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret complex metrics and implement actionable solutions.
