E.S. Kluft & Company has promoted Christopher Chbat to vice president of sales, Canada.
In this role, Chbat will oversee the company’s Canadian sales strategy, leading initiatives to expand market presence, strengthen partner relationships, and drive continued revenue growth across the region for Aireloom, Kluft & Marshall Mattress brands. He will continue to report to Chad Megard, executive vice president at E.S. Kluft & Company.
Chbat has been with E.S. Kluft & Company since 2024 and most recently served as director of sales, Canada. During his tenure, he has established himself to be a strong leader by delivering double-digit growth.
He brings more than 18 years of proven experience in the industry as a leader. Prior to joining E.S. Kluft & Company, he successfully led his division at a leading Canadian mattress retailer to achieve the highest year-over-year growth percentage in the company. He was awarded the company’s most prestigious President’s Award in 2012, thereby solidifying his role as an outstanding sales associate and a respected leader.
