Luxury bedding manufacturer Kingsdown, Inc. has signed a new licensing agreement with Spring Tech, a manufacturer of premium bedding and upholstered furniture based in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Spring Tech will manufacture and distribute to retailers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Oman, Kuwait and Bahrain and Kenya in East Africa.
Spring Tech is expected to start manufacturing Kingsdown mattress collections, including Vintage, Passions, Prime and K2 by Kingsdown. The collections will be distributed through retail partners, with a focus on big-box dealers, as well as select hospitality and commercial channels across the licensed territory.
With manufacturing experience dating back to the 1990s, Spring Tech has built its business across bedding and joinery, serving independent retailers, large retail chains, hotel operators and hospitality projects from its UAE manufacturing base. The company produces mattresses, upholstered beds, headboards and related bedding products for customers across the region.
Spring Tech’s existing relationships with regional retailers and hotel operators, combined with local manufacturing capacity in the UAE, positions the company to accelerate Kingsdown’s expansion across the licensed territory.
