by Precision Textiles is now offering a domestic solution to a shortage of latex production in the U.S. with the introduction of a new line of of cores, toppers and quilt rolls.
Precision Textiles has recently partnered with a latex producer that provides quality natural organic, ECO Institute, and GOLS (Global Organic Latex Standard) certified Dunlap latex products. The assortment of quilt rolls, cores, and toppers will allow Precision to assist their customers produce a wide array of finished natural mattress designs. Through this partnership, along with Precision Textiles’ distribution system, latex components can be supplied in smaller quantities to better assist our client’s evolving needs.
“When a leading supplier of latex closed its plant in the U.S. last year, we started hearing from our customers that they were facing challenges getting product efficiently. After a detailed examination of this opportunity, and recent market trends, adding a GOLS certified latex product to our product portfolio was a perfect fit and would allow us to be a more valuable supplier to our customers,” says Bob O’Connell, EVP of Marketing Precision Textiles.
