Naturepedic promotes Arin Schultz to chief growth officer 

Naturepedic has promoted Arin Schultz to chief growth officer after driving significant top-line growth in 2024. As chief growth officer, Schultz will oversee marketing, sales, physical retail, customer service and public relations, while continuing to play a key role in research and development, inventory and purchasing decisions.

Across these multiple divisions, he will guide a team of 62 employees as Naturepedic builds on its record-breaking 2024 year. This appointment comes on the heels of the best year to date in Naturepedic’s 22-year history, as the company celebrated eight corporate store openings and double-digit YOY growth since 2019.

Schultz has spent more than a decade with Naturepedic in numerous sales and marketing roles, most recently vice president of sales and marketing. He spearheaded Naturepedic’s 2024 retailer expansion strategy across the U.S. to capture the DTC market and establish Naturepedic as an omnichannel powerhouse.

This strategy resulted in increasing the brand’s retail footprint to more than 30 stores by the end of 2024 and a 10% to 15% boost, on average, in web traffic for cities with new store openings. Schultz also oversaw Naturepedic’s 2024 “Bedding Made Better” launch, the brand’s largest portfolio expansion to date. 

“The mattress industry has reached a tipping point, with consumers valuing quality and sustainability more than ever before,” says Schultz. “As we continue to expand our reach, consumer education will remain at the forefront of Naturepedic’s marketing strategy to align with our ongoing commitment to transparency and certified organic, chemically safer products.”
