Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Description: As a Regional Manager, you will serve as the strategic leader for a large geographic territory, leading a team of Area Managers and Store Managers responsible for more than 25 retail locations. You will be responsible for developing talent, driving sales and profitability, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a culture aligned with our mission of improving lives through quality sleep.
This role requires a highly effective people leader who can inspire teams, execute business strategies, and deliver sustainable growth while maintaining an exceptional customer experience. You will partner closely with senior leadership to identify opportunities, solve business challenges, and support the continued expansion of Mattress Warehouse. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, operational expertise, and a passion for coaching and developing future leaders.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 7+ years of progressive retail leadership experience, including multi-unit management.
- Proven success leading Store Managers and large multi-store retail operations.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing large-scale P&L performance.
- Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth, operational excellence, and talent development.
