Description: As an Ecommerce Growth Manager, you will have the opportunity to own a major 3P marketplace as an anchor account. You will hunt and open new 3P marketplaces. Any marketplace selling mattresses, pillows, and toppers is in scope. Your contributions will have a direct impact on the business by owning these launches end to end, managing our agency partner, and drive the channel to scale. This is a marketplace growth role with both operator and hunter responsibilities. The Ecommerce Growth Manager will own an anchor 3P marketplace, launch owned and licensed brands, manage agency execution, and open new 3P marketplace opportunities. The team you will be working with is collaborative and innovative, and values challenging work and diversity of thought.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of 3P marketplace experience with direct ownership of a marketplace P&L. Examples include Walmart Marketplace, Amazon Seller Central, Wayfair, or comparable.
- Experience opening at least one new 3P marketplace door from cold to live. You can describe the buyer or category management cycle, the onboarding requirements, and how you built the business case.
- Hands on advertising experience on at least one major retail media network, including campaign strategy, bid management, and ROAS optimization.
