As the retail editor for Home News Now and Bedding News Now, I cover a variety of retail angles from sustainable bedding to interior design trends. So, I thought it’d be fitting that one of my regular contributions should be a roundup of the latest collaborations in bedding. Welcome to the first installment of Retail Roundup.
Bedding manufacturers, distributors and retailers are increasingly entering partnerships to achieve different goals, either collaborating with designers for stylish, affordable products to appeal to budget-conscious consumers or cross-leveraging earned trust to reach new markets. Here are some of the latest movements in the marketplace.
1. Designer Jeremiah Brent creates bedding collection for Target
Consumers love collaborations, and bedding is no exception. Jeremiah Brent, who owns New York and Los Angeles-based design firm Jeremiah Brent Design, recently collaborated with retailer Target on a bedding collection.

“This bedding collection brings together inspiring, high-quality design at an exceptional value — both of which are core to who we are,” Mara Sirhal, senior vice president of home merchandising at Target, said in a press release.
The Jeremiah Brent Home collection includes more than 80 pieces spanning sheets, duvets, comforters and blankets, and ranges from $30 to $119. Most items are priced under $100. The collection reflects Target’s ongoing strategy to bring high-design products to a broad audience at accessible price points.
2. Good Housekeeping announces collaboration with Live Comfortably
Hearst Magazines announced a licensing partnership between North American bedding manufacturer Live Comfortably and its lifestyle media brand Good Housekeeping. The Good Housekeeping brand also includes the Good Housekeeping Institute, its rigorous product-testing arm that endorses products with the Good Housekeeping seal to help consumers make informed purchases.
Together, Good Housekeeping and Live Comfortably will develop, manufacture and distribute a collection of bedding and bath products. The bedding collection will include pillows, comforters, mattress pads, blankets and sheet sets. According to a news release, the collection “will offer reliable comfort across a range of sleep preferences and household needs.”
“We’re proud to collaborate with Good Housekeeping on bedding and bath assortments that blend innovation, reliability and comfort,” Amy Price, chief commercial officer of Live Comfortably, said in a news release. “The Good Housekeeping Seal is one of the most recognized symbols of quality, and together we’re bringing consumers bedding they can truly feel confident bringing into their homes.”
The collection will be available at select retailers nationwide starting in the early fourth quarter of 2026.
3. Delilah Home partners with Mi Casa Es Tu Casa
Weddington, North Carolina-based textiles company Delilah Home, which sells bedding and bath products, has formed a strategic partnership with Portuguese luxury bedding producer Mi Casa Es Tu Casa. Delilah Home “will serve as the U.S. distribution and market development partner for Mi Casa Es Tu Casa’s premium bedding collections, leveraging its established retail relationships, supply chain infrastructure and growing presence across major U.S. retailers and online platforms.”
Delilah Home’s current bedding products include sheet sets made from 100% GOTS-certified cotton or hemp. According to Mi Casa Es Tu Casa’s website, the company uses “… certified and more sustainable raw materials,” making this partnership a natural fit, no pun intended.
With sustainability continuing to resonate with consumers, this collaboration positions both brands to expand their U.S. reach while appealing to eco-conscious shoppers.
