3Z Brands (3Z) has completed its 280,000-square-foot manufacturing expansion at the company’s main facility in Glendale, Arizona. The project significantly increases domestic production capacity and supports continued long-term growth across the company’s portfolio.
With the expansion complete, 3Z Brands’ Arizona headquarters now encompasses 965,821 square feet of mattress manufacturing space, further reinforcing the company’s investment in U.S.-based manufacturing and operational excellence.

The expansion adds significant capacity for foam curing and storage, along with the company’s new molded pillow operation, further strengthening vertical integration and improving operational efficiency. Construction began in August 2024 on the northwest corner of the company’s 43-acre Glendale campus and was completed this summer. Arizona-based Brydant Real Estate led the project in partnership with Deutsch Architecture Group, which served as the architectural design team.

3Z Brands’ $72 million Dream Factory and corporate headquarters opened in March 2022. Since breaking ground on the facility in 2021, the company has continued to expand its workforce, creating hundreds of jobs in the Phoenix area while investing in advanced manufacturing technology, including foam production, automation, and specialized equipment.
Today, 3Z Brands operates manufacturing facilities in Glendale and Phoenix, Arizona, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Nashville, Tennessee, supporting its growing portfolio of sleep brands and expanding manufacturing capabilities.
