Description: FXI is seeking an experienced Vice President, Product Management to lead the product lifecycle for the assigned product lines (Mattresses, Pillows and Soft Furniture). In conjunction with the CPO, this senior-level role defines the product strategy and roadmap, ensures product excellence, and drives profitable revenue growth across the portfolio. The VP sets the product vision, builds and leads the product management team, and aligns functions across the enterprise to a shared strategy. As a key role provides market intelligence, pricing strategy, consumer insight, and go-to-market leadership while directing cross-functional teams to optimize speed to market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on managing product lines or categories; experience in manufacturing or product development is advantageous.
- 5+ years of product management experience, including direct leadership of teams and product portfolios.
- Proven success managing a product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, from development through market launch.
- In-depth understanding of the assigned product line(s) and the industries they serve.
