Job Title: Retail Sales Manager

Description: As Puffy scales its retail channel, it has created a new Retail Field & Acquisition Manager role to drive partner network growth—a hybrid field and inside sales position built around expansion. In this role, you’ll own both sides of the retail equation: activating existing partners and opening new doors across the U.S. This isn’t just another territory management role.
This is your chance to shape a growing retail channel from the ground up. You will activate dormant accounts and open new doors, and have direct visibility into how strategic decisions get made at a billion-dollar brand.
First 90 days: onboard on products and systems, contact every active partner, begin reactivation outreach. First 6 months: improve ordering rates, sign first new accounts. First year: fleet health trending up, meaningful new door count from accounts you opened.
Qualifications:
- 5-8 years of experience in territory management, account management, or field sales in a B2B or B2B2C environment
- Demonstrated track record of opening new accounts, not just managing existing relationships. The ability to prospect, pitch, and close is non-negotiable
- Experience managing a high volume of concurrent account touchpoints across both retention and acquisition functions
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working with project management tools (Asana preferred), e-commerce platforms, and CRM systems
