Job Title: District Mattress Trainer

Description: The District Mattress Trainer will be responsible for the execution and implementation of mattress department sales, merchandising, and training strategies. The position is remote and will cover a variety of areas within the operational geography of Rooms to Go. This position will reports to a Regional Mattress Trainer. Travel will be up to 50% of time as the business requires it and must be able to facilitate some weekend meetings.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or similar years of experience.
- At least 2+ years of experience within the mattress industry.
- Sales and/or Management experience with a focus on sales training, or mattress salesperson with leadership skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as solid presentation skills are required.
