Description: The Director of Real Estate is responsible for directing, coordinating and integrating the company’s real estate portfolio strategies by successfully growing the company through negotiating leases and transactions for future Mattress Firm stores and overseeing existing store long term strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or equivalent experience preferred
- Management of lease portfolios in multiple states and with multiple landlords preferred
- 5+ years Real Estate lease negotiations and renewal coordination required
