Sinomax acquires Vibe brand

Sinomax USA has acquired the Vibe brand from Kimberly LLC. The acquisition includes all registered and unregistered trademarks, logos, copyrights, designs and additional intellectual property relating to the design, marketing, manufacturing, distribution and sale of household goods, including bedding and furniture under the Vibe brand.

This milestone marks the official unification of a partnership that has already been thriving behind the scenes: Sinomax USA has been the primary manufacturer of Vibe products for the past few years, helping shape the brand’s growth and product quality long before the acquisition.

“Vibe has grown into a beloved sleep and home brand with a distinctive personality and a strong foothold in the market,” says Frank Chen, CEO of Sinomax USA. “Formalizing this acquisition allows us to unlock the full potential of VIBE, accelerate its growth trajectory and bring even more innovation to consumers who love the brand’s energy, honesty and design-forward comfort.”

Vibe has built a loyal following for its clean, modern aesthetic and approachable, energetic brand voice. Known for combining authenticity with down-to-earth style, the brand’s digital presence emphasizes honest sleep guidance, accessible luxury and a sense of fun.

The brand’s hero product, the Vibe Original Gel Mattress, continues to capture national attention. It has been named “Best Mattress Overall on Amazon” three years running by Forbes.com. It was also recently featured on the Donna Drake Show on CBS, adding another layer of national visibility and consumer credibility.

Vibe’s upward trajectory has also expanded its physical footprint. A Vibe-branded mattress recently launched in Walmart retail stores, making the brand available to millions of new customers across the country.

Sinomax’s in-house marketing and creative team, which has already contributed significantly to evolving and elevating the Vibe identity, will continue to expand the brand into its next chapter. Leveraging the bold, youthful and comfort-centric  personality reflected in Vibe’s social media channels, the team plans to grow Vibe into a national lifestyle brand, expanding further across the sleep and comfort space.

“We’ve been building momentum with Vibe for years,” said Alysabeth Anderson, senior director of marketing and creative at Sinomax USA. “Now that the brand is officially part of the Sinomax family, we’re amplifying everything consumers already love — clean design, honest storytelling and products that provide incredible comfort at an affordable price.”

Sinomax has also been named a winner in the Manufacturer of the Year category in the 2025 BIG Awards for Business. The awards, established in 2012, represent the premier global recognition program celebrating companies, products and leaders who deliver transformative results across all industries.

“We are honored to receive this recognition from the Business Intelligence Group,” said Frank Chen CEO of Sinomax USA. “This award reflects the discipline, innovation and dedication of every member of our team. We’ve built Sinomax USA on the belief that excellence isn’t a milestone but a daily commitment, and this recognition underscores the impact of that mindset on our products, our partners and the millions of consumers we serve.”
