Bedding News Now will honor Jim “Mattress Mack” McIngvale at an event at the Las Vegas Market on Monday, July 28.
McIngvale, who has put Houston-based Gallery Furniture on the map with his aggressive promotions and customer-focused approach to the business, will be named a Bedding Legend by Bedding News Now and will speak at the event, set for 4:30 p.m. at World View on the 16th floor of the World Market Center’s B building. Marketgoers are invited to the free event.
Bedding News Now also will be honoring the Best In Bedding retailers in the five regions of the country at the event. The recognition is part of a new mattress retail feature running in Bedding News Now. Each week until the Las Vegas Market, top mattress retailers will be recognized in a different region of the country.
The series kicked off on June 30 with a look at leading mattress retailers in the Northeast.
The Las Vegas event is sponsored by Bread Financial and Serta Simmons Bedding and is being co-hosted by Andmore.
