Pottery Barn, City Furniture and Mattress by Appointment execs win GhostBed Venus Williams tennis ball contest

GhostBed aced the 2024 winter Las Vegas Market with a giveaway of tennis balls signed by tennis icon Venus Williams. Participants entered their business cards for the drawing where three winners were selected: Melissa Laguerre, buyer at Pottery Barn; Kevin Split, director of merchandising and bedding at City Furniture; and Edwin Shoffner, president at Mattress by Appointment.

The giveaway was designed to generate awareness for the GhostBed brand and its Venus Williams Collection, designed in partnership with the tennis star herself. Centered on health, recovery and performance optimization, the line includes the Venus Williams Legend Mattress, available in both all-foam and hybrid versions exclusively on GhostBed.com, and the Venus Williams Ace, Venus Williams Volley and Venus Williams Volley mattresses, found through GhostBed’s retail partners.

Each mattress incorporates the revolutionary Venus FIT (far infrared technology layers), which utilizes heat-activated technology to absorb body temperature to regulate sleep climate, promote blood circulation, aid in recovery, boost performance and enhance overall well-being.

The collection also encompasses four Venus Williams pillows, including the slim/stomach pillow, the copper pillow, the shredded foam pillow, and an innovative cooling pillow infused with the Venus FIT layer, providing a refreshing and rejuvenating sleep experience.
