Description: The Field Sales Representative plays a critical role in overall field execution strategy and leads Serta Simmons Bedding’s efforts to protect and grow market share, improve profitability, and expand retailer relationships. The Field Sales Representative will drive sales activities for an assigned territory through the implementation of company strategy and ensures strategic and tactical alignment with key stakeholders and business partners to grow business profitability. Responsible for coordinating and leading training events and retail partner collaboration to drive initiatives for increased sales and market share of the Serta Simmons Bedding product portfolio.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with at least 2 years training and/or retail selling experience with strong preference towards the bedding, furniture, durables, or other premium consumer product categories.
- Outstanding organizational skills, attention to detail and prioritization of tasks.
- Effective communicator, able to convey both written and verbal messages clearly and concisely.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
