South Bay International announced that its affiliate has acquired full ownership of Englander Sleep Products, the company that owns the Englander mattress brand. Englander mattresses sold in the United States will now be manufactured by a single company, Corsicana Mattress Company, under license from Englander Sleep Products.
For decades, Englander was produced in the U.S. by a network of independent regional licensees, each with its own product line, pricing and programs. Consolidating domestic production with Corsicana means retailers and consumers will find the same Englander quality, assortment and support in every market.
Corsicana brings Englander a coordinated approach across merchandising, manufacturing, logistics and marketing. A retailer in Texas and a retailer in Connecticut will now offer the same national assortment. Production runs through Corsicana’s U.S. plants in Texas, North Carolina, Connecticut and California, shortening lead times and keeping product close to customers. Orders move through a single delivery network, and national marketing programs, displays and digital support stand behind every retail partner.

Lou Paige, a longtime leader of the Englander brand, has joined Corsicana Mattress Company as vice president of business development. Paige will focus on growing Englander’s domestic retail partnerships and will continue working closely with the brand’s international licensing partners.

This new line is the best Englander I have seen, and I am excited to put it in front of retailers.”
Alongside the ownership and leadership changes, Corsicana has developed a completely new Englander collection, which is rolling out to retailers beginning in the fourth quarter of 2026.
The line pairs the brand’s bench-made craftsmanship with innovative sleep technology, including new performance covers and advanced comfort and support layers designed for how people sleep today. You will find integrated cooling technology with our Lumi Bands, latex support layers and Englander sleep accessories.
The new Englander line is available to retailers nationwide through Corsicana Mattress Company. Corsicana stands behind every Englander mattress it manufactures with its own product warranty, the full terms and conditions of which are available from Corsicana. Englander Sleep Products will continue to own the brand and to license Englander in markets across Asia, Latin America and Europe.
Retailers can see a sampling of the new line at High Point Market, October 17 to 21, 2026, in the shared South Bay International and Corsicana showroom at Furniture Plaza, 510, and again at the Las Vegas Market, January 24 to 28, 2027.
