Job Title: Media Strategy & Measurement Manager

Description: Saatva is seeking a strategic and mathematically-minded Media Strategy & Measurement Manager to help shape its upper-funnel media investment across linear TV, streaming, sponsorships, audio, and emerging channels. The person in this role will partner closely with the Director of Paid Media to guide how Saatva invests in brand-building media, ensuring our investments build mental availability while generating measurable demand across markets. The role will also help build the measurement frameworks that allow Saatva to understand how upper-funnel media contributes to growth as we expand our omni-channel presence.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in media planning, strategy, or marketing analytics.
- Deep TV & Streaming Expertise: Proven experience building and executing impactful plans across linear TV, streaming/CTV, and audio channels.
- The “Planner + Quant” Mindset: A rare blend of creative, innovative planning skills and heavy quantitative ability. You know how to build a beautiful campaign strategy and defend it with rigorous data.
- Business Model Literacy: Experience planning for high-AOV, high-consideration products. You understand how to market an aspirational, “affordable luxury” product across both digital and physical retail environments.
