The primary responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance product promotion. The role also involves providing high-level customer service, training retail partners, and performing sales management tasks to achieve business goals. Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners
- Proficiency in Sales strategy and execution
- Experience conducting Training sessions to elevate partner and team performance
- Demonstrated expertise in Sales Management for driving results and achieving revenue targets
- Solid understanding of the furniture or bedding industry is a plus
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks remotely
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
