Description: The Vice President of Manufacturing leads all manufacturing operations for PranaSleep, owning the complete execution of production, facilities, quality, and continuous improvement.
This role demands results-driven leadership. You will make decisions, lead with urgency, and hold teams accountable while upholding the craftsmanship and quality standards PranaSleep is known for. As a key partner to executive leadership, you will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure manufacturing operations support service commitments, profitability, and scalable growth.
This role requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and takes full ownership of operational outcomes.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of leadership experience in mattress manufacturing or a closely related industry
- Proven track record overseeing production, labor, quality, facilities, and operational performance
- Demonstrated ability to make decisions, own outcomes, and lead through change
- Strong command of manufacturing KPIs, cost controls, and operational metrics
- Experience leading operational improvement initiatives or scaling manufacturing operations
