DescriptIon: As a Director of Product Development, you will play a pivotal role in supporting R&D function by driving the introduction of innovative products to the market. In this hands-on role, you will be deeply involved in every stage of the product development process, from concept to production. Your responsibilities will include shaping the product vision, leading the overall development process, and taking ownership of product builds. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including sales, product managers, marketing, R&D, operations, and finance, to ensure that new products not only meet customer expectations but are also delivered on time.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
- 7+ years of experience in new product development, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in the bedding industry.
- Customer-centric approach with a strong problem-solving mindset.
