Outside Sales Representative

Description: This person will develop and manage relationships with mattress retailers, furniture stores, sleep shops, and other retail partners within the assigned territory. They will identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand distribution and increase market share.
The Outside Sales Representative conducts in-store product training and demonstrations for retail sales associates to ensure strong product knowledge and effective customer selling. They will support retail partners with merchandising, product placement, and promotional initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience within:
- Mattress or bedding industry
- Furniture or home furnishings
- Consumer durable goods
- Retail wholesale distribution
