Spring Air International has extended its license with Sumber Dinamik SDN BHD, a leading supplier to both manufacturers and retailers in the Malaysian market, for another 25 years. The deal is part of the company’s new strategy to create longer-term international partnerships and follows similar long-term agreements with Sri Lanka and the UAE.
Established in Malaysia as a leading manufacturer both locally and internationally, Sumber Dinamik is part of NHL Manufacturing, a specialist in polyurethane foam operations and mattress OEM in business for more than three decades. The company began its relationship with Spring Air three years ago, driven by the brand’s long history in the Southeast Asian market and has since placed it with 130 retailers.
“Sumber Dinamik has been a strong partner for us and is a leader with far-reaching plans for Southeast Asia,” said Nick Bates, president and chief executive officer of Spring Air International. “We are thrilled to extend our already successful relationship with a long-term commitment that benefits both companies.”
Bates added that the long-term licensee agreement is part of a broader international brand strategy to anchor relationships with proven manufacturers for longer terms.

The licensee can more strategically plan and invest in our brand ,knowing they have a longer runway to reap the rewards. Local dealers and their customers also benefit because they can rely on a strong local partner for many years for their own planning and investment purposes,” he added.

Currently, Sumber Dinamik produces Spring Air’s famous Back Supporter and Four Seasons collections for the Malaysian market and recently added its luxury Chattam & Wells lineup.
