Partnering with local retailers in Florida and North Carolina, Mlily USA has donated at least 1,500 mattresses across four locations to help communities ravaged by recent hurricanes.
Sleep Pros USA owned by Corey Haney and Enza Home Furnishings owned by David Madora held four distribution events, two each in their respective states.
- Sleep Pros USA events in Florida were scheduled for Nov. 1 beginning at 9 a.m. at 1707 First St., Bradenton, and Nov. 2 starting at 4 p.m. at 407 Magnolia Ave., Anna Maria Island.
- Enza Home Furnishings events in North Carolina were scheduled for Nov. 2 beginning at 10 a.m. at two different locations: 25 Long Shoals Road, Arden, and 87 Haywood St., Asheville.
In Mlily USA’s most recent mattress donation event held two weeks ago with Mattress Outlet of Johnson City, Tennessee, families and vehicles were lined up to pick up more than 300 free mattresses that were all distributed within one hour.
As a Knoxville, Tennessee-based mattress manufacturer, Mlily USA has deep ties to the region and plans to continue donations in collaboration with retailer partners for about eight distribution events across three states.
With a core belief in giving back to the community, Mlily has a strong history of aiding disaster relief and recovery in addition to its longtime support of Special Spaces, a not-for-profit organization that creates dream bedrooms for children with cancer.
