Cariloha Inc. has named Kristin Sugar as its new senior vice president of wholesale sales.
Kristin joins Cariloha after seven years with Tempur-Pedic, where she was a regional sales manager. Her exceptional leadership and strategic insight were pivotal in driving sales growth and enhancing customer satisfaction across her region, the company said in a news release.
Following her tenure at Tempur-Pedic, she played a crucial role at Resident Home in developing their wholesale program, from which their team expanded the presence of Resident bedding products from zero to 3,100 stores nationwide, the release said.

In her new role at Cariloha, Sugar will focus on expanding the company’s wholesale sales channel, fostering strong relationships with retail partners and driving market penetration for Cariloha’s eco-friendly and luxurious bamboo bedding products. Her appointment underscores Cariloha’s commitment to attracting top talent to support its ambitious growth plans.
