Malouf announced a major investment in domestic manufacturing, as it has moved all mattress manufacturing to the United States and is in the process of moving key product manufacturing in other categories to domestic locations.
Sam Malouf, chief executive officer, said of the 2025 company strategy, “We have three main pillars we’re tying all our 2025 initiatives to: healthy in-stock percentages, continued innovation and sales and customer support. This focus on domestic manufacturing benefits every single pillar.”
Malouf continued, “There is still uncertainty surrounding the economy and tariffs this year, but we are getting ahead of it. We are investing in a domestic footprint to build long-term stability.”
Attendees at Las Vegas Market can see many of the products from the United States in person, including the Malouf mattress line that features the Ice Cloud, Polaris and Neve mattresses. These capture the customer demand for both U.S. mattresses and premium cooling technologies.
“We’re so excited about this change. As more of our products shift to U.S. manufacturing, we’ll see shorter lead times, tighter quality checks and overall improvements in timing and consistency,” says Jesse Gibbs, vice president of sales. “We recognize that we’ve struggled to maintain consistent inventory levels, but we’re already starting to see improvements and get key products back in stock.”
Malouf is in Showroom B-1350 at Las Vegas Market.
