Qualifications:
- 5+ years in sales with 1-3 years account management experience leading a territory greater than $2M; furniture/mattress experience preferred
- Strong business acumen with the ability to make data-driven decisions and adapt business plans to changing market conditions
- Strong relationship and negotiation skills
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills for customer meetings, retail sales associate training, and store visits
