Description: The Tempur-Pedic sales associate’s primary responsibility is to provide excellence in customer service while selling and marketing Tempur-Pedic products. In addition, this individual will serve as a member of management when the Store Manager is not available. This could include opening and/or closing the store as well as covering the management duties. You will assist in managing and maintaining responsibility for the overall performance of the store, and provide leadership in all areas of the sales process, including customer service and care, maintaining a professional appearance, adhering to company policies and procedures, and in maintaining Tempur Sealy’s brand.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years’ retail experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience) with high-end luxury and/or custom products
- Strong sales skills in a consultative environment
- Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, direct, and train others in a store setting
