Description: The Director of Sales, Specialty Bedding is a key commercial leader within FXI’s Retail Division, responsible for managing and expanding strategic partnerships with regional bedding and furniture retailers with a specific focus on the Molecule brand. This regionally focused role drives revenue, margin, and category growth by owning business development and pipeline management, customer strategy, leading line reviews and negotiations, and partnering cross-functionally with Product Development, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, Demand Planning, and Finance. The ideal candidate brings strong bedding or home furnishings expertise, excels in customer engagement, and can translate market insights into actionable business strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5–10 years of sales or account management and business development experience in consumer products; bedding, furniture, or home goods experience strongly preferred.
- Proven success managing regional retail accounts and retail account support teams
- Strong analytical and financial acumen; able to build business cases and lead negotiations.
