Job Title: Co-Director – Manufacturing

Description: Sherwood Bedding Group is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Co-Director to oversee and manage all production processes at itsTolleson, AZ manufacturing facility. This leadership role is critical in ensuring products are manufactured on schedule, meet the highest quality standards, and align with established cost and safety objectives. The ideal candidate will foster collaboration across departments to drive operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and a positive workplace culture that supports both people and performance.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a vertically integrated or matrixed manufacturing environment (consumer goods or related industry preferred).
- Proven experience managing production operations, materials, logistics, safety, quality, and engineering functions.
- Demonstrated success implementing Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement programs.
- Strong background in team leadership, change management, and performance optimization.
- Bedding or furniture manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
