Wonder, a provider of in-person sales acceleration tools for the furniture industry, has launched a new Interactive Quiz Builder. It’s a tool that lets retailers create and publish custom sleep quizzes on in-store kiosks and sales tablets. The feature is now available to all Wonder customers at no extra cost.
The new quiz builder helps retailers qualify guests in a fun and interactive way, even when sales staff are busy assisting others. Shoppers can explore mattress options based on their comfort preferences, sleep concerns and desired features — from cooling technology and motion transfer to lumbar support and firmness level, simply by answering a few questions. The quiz is designed to let retailers guide their guests toward products that match both need and margin goals.
“Mattresses are sold differently than furniture,” says Kaspar Fopp, CEO of Wonder. “They’re built on invisible qualities that require deeper understanding. Our quiz builder gives retailers an easy way to start that conversation, helping guests feel ‘in charge’ and confident before they ever lie down on a bed.”
The launch coincides with Serta Simmons Bedding joining the Wonder platform, adding iconic brands like Beautyrest to a growing roster that already includes Tempur Sealy International, Ashley Furniture, Nectar, Purple, Corsicana and more than a dozen other sleep brands.
As part of this agreement, Wonder manages all SSB national promotions and ensures participating retailers’ kiosks and connected websites remain automatically updated with accurate pricing and offers.
Retailers can also subscribe to Wonder’s pricing intelligence service, which tracks wholesale price changes across all participating brands and summarizes them in an easy-to-read digest — helping stores protect their margins amid shifting tariffs and supplier costs.
