This role leads supervisors, coordinates cross-functional support, and drives safety, productivity, and continuous improvement initiatives. The Production Manager acts as a critical link between production teams and corporate leadership.
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Minimum 5 years of production management experience (mattress/textile industry preferred)
- Experience managing teams of 25+ in a manufacturing setting
- Strong decision-making, urgency, and organizational ability
- Intermediate math and Excel proficiency required
