Description: Andmore is seeking a Director, Home Furnishings/Temporary & Permanent Leasing, to lead strategic leasing and business growth efforts across our Las Vegas and High Point campuses. This role is responsible for maintaining and expanding the Home Furnishings category through strong leadership, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and collaborative leader with deep home industry experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to drive revenue growth while managing occupancy, merchandising, and long-term industry relationships.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 5+ years of directly related home industry experience in sales, leasing, or advertising.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets and driving fiscal accountability.
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, pricing strategy, and lease structuring.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
