Description: Sleepyhead is hiring a high-performance Director of E-Commerce to work directly under its Head of E-Commerce and help scale the next phase of our growth. This is not a maintenance role. This is a builder role. The company wants an A-player who understands Shopify at a deep level, knows how to increase conversion and AOV, and can spot growth opportunities others miss. Someone who moves fast, thinks in numbers, and takes ownership of outcomes — not tasks. If you have scaled a DTC brand and know how to drive measurable impact, this role is for you.
Qualifications:
- 5–8+ years in e-commerce, with strong Shopify expertise required
- Proven experience scaling a DTC brand
- Strong analytical thinker — you live in the numbers
- Experience with Amazon Seller Central
- Experience with Klaviyo required; Postscript preferred
