Description: Bedsure is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Merchandiser to support the strategic planning, development, and management of product assortments across key categories including sheets, blankets, and top-of-bed. This role plays a critical part in ensuring the right products are delivered to retail partners while aligning with brand strategy and financial objectives. You will develop and manage seasonal and core product assortments for Bedsure’s Omni team key categories of focus, as well as collaborate with design, sourcing, and product development teams to create commercially viable products.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Merchandising, Fashion, Business, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of merchandising experience, preferably in home textiles or soft goods.
- Strong understanding of fabrics, constructions, and manufacturing processes.
- Proficiency in Excel and merchandising systems (PLM, ERP preferred).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
