Job Title: Sales Manager, Bedding Division

Description: FXI is looking for a Sales Manager to join its sales team. This individual will retain and service existing or assigned accounts through effective customer relationship management. He/she will also actively seek out new sales opportunities with new and existing customers, as well as maintain communication with the Plants, Finance, Customers, and Sales team. He/she will also improve current accounts and customer relations; educate current and prospective customers on products and generate profitable sales.
Qualifications:
- Four-year college degree in engineering, business, or communication
- 5–10 years of B2B OEM sales experience within the polyurethane foam, bedding, furniture manufacturing, or related industrial manufacturing sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to grow customer accounts while improving customer service
- A high level of organizational skills and the ability to work remotely and independently
- Strong customer relationship management, interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written) are essential, along with attention to detail.
