Description: The Production Supervisor is responsible for directing and coordinating activities in either the Mattress Production Department or Sewing Production Department. This role involves planning, organizing, and overseeing manufacturing processes to ensure the timely and efficient production of high-quality products. They will have direct responsibility for proper use of resources in their areas, employees, machinery and materials, including training matrix for employees.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university; preferably Industrial or Manufacturing Engineering or two years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
