Malouf has announced additional product launches for the Las Vegas Market through its sister brand, Weekender.
Weekender products address the essential opening price point space through high-quality products with streamlined packaging. These products are ideal for customers on a budget, add-ons and promotions.
Mark Thatcher, president of Malouf Home, says, “We are always looking for ways to fill gaps in the market. These new items provide more options and solidify our step-up stories in pillows, sheets and bundles.”
The biggest launch from the brand is a refreshed lineup of sheets. The three options allow for a clearer step up in features and feel and appeal to a wider variety of customers. The entry-level option is a soft Double-Brushed Microfiber Sheet Set, the mid-tier option is a crisp 100% Cotton Sheet Set and the top-tier option is a Rayon from Bamboo Blend Sheet Set. All sheet sets will be available to order at the end of Q3.
Another new item is the Bamboo Charcoal Pillow with a Reversible Cooling Cover. This memory foam pillow has a bamboo charcoal infusion, plus dual cooling features on one side. It’s available in a regular pillow or a shoulder cutout and is in stock and ready to order.
A new Weekender Deluxe Bedding Bundle is also being previewed at market, along with new packaging for the Essential Bedding Bundle. The packaging helps educate the customer on what’s inside the bundle and looks great on shelves.
Eric Holmstead, who leads product innovation and global sourcing, says the Weekender launches were designed to capture features customers are looking for at an opening price point. “We recognize that for a large group of consumers, price will be the main driver for their purchases. These new options help them find an option with the features they want that are within their budget.”
Malouf is showcasing these, and many other, new releases in showroom B1350 at Las Vegas Market from July 28 to Aug. 1.
